THE WINGLESS BIRD offers a free introductory visit whereupon an initial consultation is scheduled in advance to your need for THE WINGLESS BIRD's service. 25 - 45 minutes is spent getting to know you & your cat{s} & familiarising ourselves with your home {within reason} to create an individually-tailored package. This ensures the highest quality of care, giving you complete peace of mind.

Visiting your home enables us to familiarise ourselves with your cat's feeding areas, play areas, sleeping areas, storage spaces, hidey-holes & {if permitted} garden.
