Additional Fees Highlighted


To offer our clients the best possible experience while ensuring flexibility & smooth service delivery, TWB applies certain fees only when necessary. Most of these fees are entirely avoidable with a bit of preparation, allowing us to dedicate more time & attention to our beloved little lions.


Last-Minute Booking Fee: £25
Charged for bookings made with less than 7 days notice to departure date. Booking in advance ensures we have ample time to prepare for your little lion's needs.

Cancellation Fee: 50% of the service charge (7 days-72hrs notice)
Applied to cancellations made between 7 days & 72hrs notice to departure date, in the form of online credit. This fee helps us manage scheduling & maintain availability for all clients.

Non-Refundable Policy: Bookings are non-refundable given less than 72hrs notice of the scheduled service, securing dedicated time for each client. Likewise, refunds cannot be made for services that have started or early returns.

Bank Holiday Surcharge: £10
Applied on Bank Holiday Mondays & Bank Holiday weekends to reflect the increased demand & service requirements during these periods.

Key Collections & Returns Fee: £15
Charged per callout when keys need to be collected or returned. We recommend keeping a set of keys on file to avoid this callout charge.

Extra Pet Insurance Fee: £5 per additional pet
Applied when our care extends to more than 2 registered felines in a household. This fee ensures every little lion recieves the attention & protection they deserve.

Additional Consultation Fee: £25
For clients who need extra consultations outside of regular service planning.

Late Payment Charge: £10 rolled out weekly
Applied to payments not received by the due date, helping us maintain reliable & timely service for all clients.
