At TWB, we're dedicated to making your return home as smooth as possible after time away. With our "Welcome Home" service, available alongside our general cat-sitting offerings, we'll take care of the essentials—from kitchen basics like bread, milk & eggs to specific items for your little lion, such as restocking cat food, litter & even picking up prescriptions from the local vet.

How It Works

1. Pre-Trip Planning: When arranging your cat-sitting service, just request the "Welcome Home" add-on. We'll confirm the essentials you'd like restocked, whether that's pantry items or pet necessities.

2. Shopping & Collection: As your return date nears, our Birds will handle the shopping for your essentials. We'll restock kitchen staples, gather your little lion's supplies & even swing by the vets if any prescription refills are needed.

3. Returning Home: You'll walk in to find your home & your little lion's needs fully prepared. From a stocked pantry to cat food & litter on hand, everything is set to welcome you home.

Payment Details

Item Cost: The cost of items, including any precriptions, is added directly to your final invoice. Receipts are included for clarity.

Service Fee: A small service fee applies for shopping, restocking & collections.

Final Invoice: You'll receive one comprehensive invoice covering the items purchased & any applicble fees. Payment is made easily through the TWB portal.
