Pumpkin spice is typically a combination of cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, & cloves or allspice depending on the blend {Mmm... Chai Latte.......}.
In this case, the spice I'm referring to is catnip {the only spice your little lion is going to care for!}. Unlike the aforementioned ingredients, these treats are actually healthy for your little lion, as they’re filled with pumpkin, oats & turkey!
With only 4 ingredients, these are super easy to make & a fantastic way to use up an excess of edible pumpkin!
𝗜NGREDIENTS:
1/3 cup pumpkin puree
1/3 cup turkey {cook & blend some plain turkey. Alternatively, you can use turkey/chicken cat food}
1/2 cup oat flour {oats in a blender or coffee grinder will do}
1 tablespoon of catnip
For your pumpkin spice snaps, spread a thin layer of the dough onto your baking sheet. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes, remove from the oven, slice into small squares & put back in the oven for 5 more minutes
Your pumpkin spice snaps are ready! Now your little lion has a delectable autumn treat! 🍁 Enjoy!
