Your initial consultation is our first step in creating a bespoke care plan that perfectly suits your feline's needs. To help you make the most of this meeting, we've crafted a guide to ensure we cover every detail that makes your little lion unique. Here's what you need to know:

1. Your Cat's Profile

Our goal is to understand your feline's personality & unique requirements. Think about any specific traits, quirks or routines that are important to your little lion. Details like favourite toys, routines or unique habits help us connect with them from day one.

Health: Be ready to discuss your little lion's medical history, any medications they take & their current diet. Please let us know if they have any allergies or if they require specific dietary accommodations

Personality & Preferences: Share insights into what makes your feline tick! Whether they love a certain treat or have a peculiar nap spot, every detail helps us craft the ideal care plan

2. Walkthrough of Their Space

Our Birds (your dedicated feline care professionals) will need a walkthrough of the spaces your little lion frequents. This includes feeding stations, litter areas, & cosy hiding spots they prefer. We'll take note of any plants that need a little love too, security protocals & other elements that will make them feel truly at ease in our care

3. Plan for Essential Care Supplies

To ensure seamless care, please have all essential items in accessible locations. This includes food, water bowls, litter, treats, grooming tools & any other supplies your little lion uses daily. If you're interested in our Welcome Home service for post-visit essentials restocking, let us know so we can arrange it.

4. Behavioural Notes & Any Concerns

Whether your little lion has a specific routine, prefers minimal contact or is especially playful, these behavioural notes help us cater to their individual personality. Let us know if there are any particular behaviours you want to work on with them or if there are any concerns you'd like us to keep an eye on. Our goal is not just to provide care but to foster positive, enriching interactions

5. Emergency Contacts & Access

To ensure we're fully prepared for any situation, we'll need an emergency contact list, including your preferred veterinarian & any other relevant contacts. We will also go over home access methods, whether via key, lockbox or digital code, to ensure your little lion's environment remains secure.

6. Questions About Our Offerings

During the initial consultation, we'll introduce you to all of our offerings, from our Enrichment sessions to Grooming. If you're interested in any specific service, bring your questions & we'll explore how each option can be customised to support your feline's wellbeing.

The Consultation: What to Expect

The consultation is a collaborative experience where we learn about your little lion, introduce our offerings & ensure we're fully prepared to provide top-tier care. Our Birds will review everything from daily routines & emergency contacts to details that bring your feline comfort, such as their favourite toys or soothing rituals.

This meeting also gives you a chance to meet your dedicated Bird & discuss any concerns or special needs your little lion may have. We'll conclude with a brief review of our approach to updates & communication, ensuring you stay connected to your feline's care via our Whatapp & portal.
