Hello, lovelies! It's your Bird here @ THE WINGLESS BIRD.
If you are self-isolating due to Covid-19 & are in need of support, please do not hesitate to reach out to me via email or text/whatsapp; I value each & every one of you, just as much as your felines, & will always be happy to help in any way that I can. This could be picking up shopping for either you or your little lions & delivering urgent supplies.
In the case of delivering urgent supplies, this would not be counted
as a service, but rather a kindness, & would only require the
reimbursement of said supplies.

As businesses in East Dulwich, & all across London, begin to reopen to the public, THE WINGLESS BIRD is committed to doing so as safely & responsibly as possible. The ways in which we interact with one another & our clients has significantly changed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. As a result, certain policies & procedures have been modified, & new requirements introduced, to ensure we are adhering to health & safety guidelines & complying with local law.
Hygiene & cleanliness is pristine, as usual, with the addition of
masks & gloves as & when necessary.
At this time THE WINGLESS BIRD is going cashless & will only be
accepting online payments for pre/booked cat sitting
{or as above, reimbursement}.
20% discount for NHS workers up until 2021
{10% discount for NHS workers will be fixed hereafter}.
If you have any pre-bookings with me & have yet to make a
cancellation due to a change in plans, please do keep me updated.
As always, there is never a cancellation fee.
